We Have a Stringent Quality Management System (QMS)

Sonovision USA Inc. puts safety and product reliability first. Our main focus is, and will continue to be, to provide quality, on-time deliverables to you as detailed in our quality assurance plan.

Our quality assurance plan details our production and quality control processes to ensure that our deliverables meet our clients’ expectations. Our quality assurance plan also defines the responsibilities for every company position, from the president down to our subject matter experts and support personnel. Additionally, our quality assurance plan includes procedures for such things as record keeping, control of records, process flow, product inspections, process controls, purchasing controls, and audits. Work instructions for virtually every process exist as part of the Sonovision USA Inc. quality management system.

We are periodically audited by our internal quality assurance representative, by external recognized quality assurance auditing sources and by some of our clients. We have systematically passed each and every audit. You are very welcome to conduct your own audit of our practices and procedures. It would be our pleasure to demonstrate the thoroughness of our quality assurance plan and how it is integrated into our production line and daily work throughout our organization.
